Zoe Phillips is an artist and designer based in Des Moines, Iowa.

At her core, Zoe is an illustrator but her practice also includes painting, sculpture, motion art and product design. Zoe's artwork has been shown in numerous group exhibitions across the U.S, and in the U.K. 

 

Zoe works in collaboration with her design partner Blake Peterson under the label Tusch & Snuggle.

 

In addition to her fine arts practice, Zoe works as a Art & Marketing Director.
